This Privacy Policy explains how the Electrification Coalition Foundation, the Electrification Coalition Alliance, and affiliated organizations (collectively “EC”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our websites or other online services that link to or otherwise reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Sites”).

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website homepage or sending you a notification). Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we may collect information when you subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a form, respond to a survey or request, make a donation, register for an event, sign up for SMS programs, communicate with us via third party social media sites, send us an email or text, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, postal address, zip code, phone number, mobile number, credit card and other payment information, donation history, and any other information you choose to provide.

Automatically Collected Information
When you access or use our Sites, we automatically collect information about you, including:

  • Log and Usage Information: We collect information related to your access to and use of the Sites, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to our Sites.

SOCIAL SHARING FEATURES
The Sites may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as the Facebook “Like” button), which let you share actions you take on our Sites with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. ANALYTICS SERVICES PROVIDED BY OTHERS
We may allow others to provide analytics services on our behalf. TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THE U.S. AND OTHER COUNTRIES
EC is based in the United States and we process and store information in the U.S. Therefore, we and our service providers may transfer your information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.

Amy Malaki

Amy Malaki is the Director of Partnerships and Policy at SkyNRG and SkyNRG Americas, pioneering global leaders in sustainable aviation fuel production and supply. Prior to SkyNRG, Amy was the Associate Director for the transportation portfolio at the ClimateWorks Foundation where she developed philanthropic investment strategies to advance a sustainable, equitable and low-carbon mobility system. She also pioneered the organization’s international aviation decarbonization strategy. Prior to that she focused on Asia business development at Better Place, a Silicon Valley electric vehicle network startup. She has a B.A. in Chinese and China studies from the University of Washington and an M.A. in international policy studies (energy and environment) from Stanford University.
